How do I delete my account?
Open Oracle Profile, go to Account > Delete Account, and confirm. This is permanent and immediately removes your account, quiz answers, and saved profile — it can't be undone. If you can't get into the App, use the web-based request method below.
I can't access the app — how do I request account deletion another way?
Email us with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We'll verify and delete your account and associated data, and confirm once it's done — typically within a few business days.
What's the difference between Oracle Key and Oracle Circle?
Oracle Key ($7.99, one-time purchase) permanently unlocks your full long-form profile, full Shadow and Symbol readings, love/friendship/career style, core wound & gift, and growth advice — yours forever, even without a subscription. It does not include compatibility readings.
Oracle Circle ($4.99/mo or $29.99/yr, auto-renewing subscription) unlocks everything Oracle Key does, plus unlimited compatibility readings with friends and partners — but only for as long as the subscription stays active. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. All purchases are billed through your Apple ID, not directly by us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Oracle Profile > Cancel Subscription, or jump straight there via Account > Manage Subscription inside the App. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
I want a refund — how do I request one?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple directly, not by us — we don't have the technical ability to refund a purchase ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Terms of Service for details on what purchase data we may share with Apple to help resolve your request.
I restored my purchase but it's not showing up — what do I do?
Try Account > Restore Purchases in the App first, and make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you originally purchased with. If it's still missing after that, email us with your account email and (if you have it) the App Store order ID, and we'll investigate.
What data do you collect, and can I get a copy of it?
See our full Privacy Policy — short version: your email, quiz answers/results, and purchase status, nothing more. Email us to request a copy of your data or ask any privacy question.
Is Oracle Profile a real fortune-telling or divination app?
No — Oracle Profile is a personality/archetype quiz for entertainment and self-reflection, not a divination tool. (Our sibling apps Tarot and a Chinese Divination app are separate products that do offer traditional divination-style readings.)
I found a bug or the app crashed — how do I report it?
Email us at this address with what you were doing when it happened, your device model, and OS version if you have it. Screenshots help a lot.
