免費版、標準版與研究版有什麼分別?

How do I delete my account?
If the app's Settings screen offers an Account > Delete Account option, use that directly. If it doesn't yet, or you can't access the app, email us with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We'll verify and delete your account and associated data, typically within a few business days, and confirm once it's done.
What's the difference between Free, Standard, and Research plans?
Free: basic features to try the app. Standard (₪7.90/period): 50,000 characters of translation quota per period — good for mid-length classics like the Analects or Wenxin Diaolong. Research (₪17.90/period): 250,000 characters per period — for longer historical works like Zuo Zhuan or Zhanguo Ce. See Terms of Service §8 for details.
I want a refund — how do I request one?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — we don't have the technical ability to issue refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. See Terms of Service §8 for what purchase data we may share with Apple to help resolve your request.
Is the AI translation accurate enough for academic citation or formal documents?
No — treat it as a reading aid, not a certified translation. AI translation and text recognition are machine-generated and can be incomplete, inaccurate, or miss nuance. For academic citation, legal, or formal-document purposes, verify against the original text and consult a qualified professional. See Terms of Service §7.
Are my photographed documents stored or used to train AI?
Photos submitted to Photo Recognition are processed in real time and are not retained on our servers or OpenRouter's after processing. Where available, we configure AI providers to avoid training on API data. See Privacy Policy §4.
My family document mentions relatives by name — is that okay to upload?
Yes, as long as you have a reasonable basis to upload the document and process the personal information it contains — for example, you're the document's rightful holder or have family consent. We use that data solely to provide your translation and parsing. See Privacy Policy §5 and Terms of Service §5.
I think something in the app infringes my copyright — what do I do?
Email us with the subject "Copyright Concern," describing the content and your basis for the claim. We'll investigate promptly and act where appropriate. The Service has no public-sharing feature, so your own uploaded content is never visible to other users.
I found a bug or the app crashed — how do I report it?
Email us with what you were doing when it happened, your device model, and OS version if you have it. Screenshots help a lot.
Can I request a copy of my data?
Yes — email us and we'll help you access, correct, or delete your data in line with applicable law. See Privacy Policy §9.
