本政策說明你使用古脈今聲時,我們如何收集、使用、儲存與保護資料。
2. 我們收集的資料
- 帳戶資料:電子郵件地址與身份驗證相關識別資料。
- 密碼由你自行設定並輸入;我們不會在 App 內以明文保存密碼。密碼驗證由身份驗證供應商處理。
- 個人檔案資料(可選):你主動上傳的頭像與顯示名稱。
- 內容資料:你輸入/上傳的文本、照片、專案、章節、翻譯結果與編輯內容。
- 用量與訂閱資料:方案、配額、已使用字數與相關事件紀錄。
- 技術資料:必要會話資料與系統運作記錄(如錯誤/安全記錄)。
3. 我們如何使用資料
- 建立與管理帳戶。
- 提供文本解析與 AI 翻譯功能。
- 儲存你的專案與章節內容,讓你可持續編輯與閱讀。
- 執行訂閱與字數配額管理。
- 維持服務穩定、偵錯與防止濫用。
4. 第三方服務與 AI 處理
我們使用第三方服務提供功能,包括但不限於:
- Supabase(身份驗證、資料庫、儲存)。
- AI 推論供應商(例如 OpenRouter / OpenAI 路徑)處理翻譯請求。
當你使用「拍照辨識古文」功能時,你拍攝或選取的相片會傳送至 OpenRouter AI 進行文字辨識(OCR)。相片僅於辨識過程中即時處理,完成後不會儲存於本應用程式或 OpenRouter 的伺服器。OpenRouter 隱私政策:openrouter.ai/privacy
5. 你上傳內容中可能涉及的第三方個人資料
族譜、家書、契約等文獻經常包含你以外的其他人(例如親屬)的姓名或個人資訊。我們僅將這些內容用於為你提供解析與翻譯功能,不會將其用於其他目的,也不會為文獻中提及的第三方建立帳戶或個人檔案。你需自行確保有適當權利上傳此類內容——詳見服務條款第 5 條。
6. 資料保存
帳戶與內容資料會保留至你刪除內容或要求刪除帳戶為止。你可在 App 內刪除部分內容(例如專案/章節)。若需完整刪除帳戶,請聯絡我們(若 App 設定內已提供「刪除帳戶」選項,亦可直接使用)。
7. 資料分享
我們不出售你的個人資料。僅在提供服務所需(如雲端與 AI 供應商)或法律要求時分享必要資料。
8. 安全
我們採取業界常見安全措施(包括傳輸加密)保護資料,但任何系統都無法保證 100% 絕對安全。
9. 你的權利

Gumai Jinsheng Privacy Policy
Operator: DaoGrove Labs ("we," "our," "us")
1. Introduction
This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data when you use Gumai Jinsheng.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: email address and authentication-related identifiers.
- Your password is chosen by you; we do not store plaintext passwords in-app. Authentication is handled by our auth provider.
- Optional profile data: avatar image and display name, if provided.
- Content data: text and photos you input/upload, projects, chapters, translations, and edits.
- Usage/subscription data: plan tier, quota, consumed characters, and usage events.
- Technical data: session data and operational logs (e.g., error/security logs).
3. How We Use Data
- To create and manage accounts.
- To provide parsing and AI translation features.
- To store project/chapter content for ongoing use.
- To enforce subscription and quota controls.
- To maintain reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention.
4. Third-Party Services and AI Processing
We use third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Supabase (authentication, database, storage).
- AI inference providers (e.g., OpenRouter/OpenAI pathway) for translation requests.
When you use the Photo Recognition feature, your photo is sent to OpenRouter AI for optical character recognition. Your image is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers or OpenRouter's servers after processing. OpenRouter's privacy policy: openrouter.ai/privacy
5. Third-Party Personal Data That May Appear in Your Content
Genealogies, family letters, and old contracts often name people other than you — relatives, in most cases. We use that content solely to provide parsing and translation for you; we don't use it for any other purpose, and we don't build accounts or profiles for the third parties named in it. You're responsible for having the appropriate rights to upload this kind of content — see Terms of Service §5.
6. Data Retention
Account and content data are retained until you delete them or request account deletion. Some content can be deleted in-app (for example, projects/chapters). For full account deletion, contact us (or use the in-app "Delete Account" option if the Settings screen offers one).
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
8. Security
We use standard safeguards, including encrypted transmission in transit. No system is 100% secure.
9. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise these rights, contact us via Section 12.
EEA/UK Residents (GDPR)
If you're located in the EEA or UK, our legal basis for processing your data is performance of a contract (providing the App's features) and, where required, your consent. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing — contact us to exercise these rights.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or on our website with an updated effective date.
